My guy likes to make these homes fries for breakfast and I like to eat them. See why we are so compatible?
He just scrubs a couple of white spuds, dices them and fries them up in the cast iron skillet with a little (or a lot) of butter for about 10 minutes, cranking up the heat toward the end to crisp. Sometimes he adds a little chopped onion. Good stuff!
My dear friend recently visited a farmer's market in California and discovered, and shared with us, this splendiforous Scotty B's sauce. Shake a bit of this on your home fries and you are eating right!
